1 Week to Your Younger Skin

Day 1 – Exfoliate

On day 1, you want to start with a clean slate, so exfoliate away the old and prepare for the new. Cell repair and regeneration actually increases during sleep. Exfoliating removes these dead cells, and increases circulation which encourages skin to produce new and healthy cells. Day 2 – Hydrate

Day 3 – Manage Stress
